Deleted User05/25/2023 at 14:56Scripture is clear, Jesus is fully God and fully man. He rose from the dead. He said He would and His resurrection was affirmed by many witnesses. He was also a monotheist, not a pantheist. He did not claim to find god within Himself, He claimed to be God. Finally, He used diverse teaching methods—historical focus, theological teaching, prayer, parables, miracles—not common among gurus/yogis (Groothuis, Lecture 4).

Deleted User05/24/2023 at 04:00Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world. He atones for the sins of sinners and He is the agent of reconciling us to God. He can’t be simply be a guru or yogi.
