Why do the “Four Noble Truths” of Buddhism help people cope with life’s inevitable pain?

Because it provide great assistance and supportive in getting peace in their life and make their life be filled with happiness and succeed in things they do without have to indwell on personal pain which can eat them up like cancer.

They get the ideas that life is full of sufferings and nothing one can escape. In order to deal with these inevitable pain , one has to let go of all materialistic desires and concentrate on meditation, follow the Noble eightfold path.

Suffering and pain are part of life and most likely come as a result of our own selfish desires. All we need to do is to control those desires and we can avoid suffering and pain.

I don’t know that these principles help people to cope with life’s inevitable pain. It’s almost as though these “Four Noble Truths” are implying that we bring on our own suffering and disappointment and that we should just accept that as a new normal.

It helps deal with the hard times of life and the suffering that we all go through.
