If we are trying to spent specific time with God we should not be doing it with the intention of trying to win the approval of others. It´s no longer about your wanting to honor God but to just get the glory from others.

Deleted User03/28/2024 at 19:09Everyone will fast differently and it is not everyone’s business to know. I think majority of it is, people trying to talk you out of fasting. I fasted for diets for 16 hours straight and then would eat up to a certain point of time. I lost weight. People asked, I told them. They frowned because they thing you are “starving” yourself. No I was resetting myself and getting my cravings under control
