Deleted User05/31/2023 at 16:46Fasting is about us and God only. It is not to boast or tell others how spiritual we are. Involving others causes us to lose focus on why we are fasting and serves no good purpose.

Deleted User05/26/2023 at 13:26I think it’s important because if you let others know you’re fasting, it will seem as if you’re doing it just for show, to say “look at me, I’m fasting”, it wouldn’t be doing it for the right reasons.
