Deleted User03/06/2023 at 14:48It may sound cliché, but you have to learn to change the things you can change and learn to accept the things that you cannot. Of course, this can be easier said than done. With regards to the things that we cannot change, that is where we have to simply trust in the Lord. Nothing catches him surprise. He knew the loss was coming before we did and he has a purpose and a plan.

Deleted User03/06/2023 at 14:48I think often times it is loss of control – the fact that we can’t “do” anything about the loss. Most of us desire to be in control of our lives and anything that affects that autonomy can cause feelings of anxiety or helplessness.
