It matters what a teacher believes because they are the educators that pour into students and play a big role in the lives of children of the future.

A teacher’s worldview will be communicated in the classroom. The students can and do know if you have a genuine love for Christ and His Church.

We have to know the truth to speak truth into children’s lives.

We are what we believe. What we believe comes out in our behavior, which is what the students see.

It matters what teachers believe because it is their living philosophy that they are passing on to those they teach. If they believe in you, and encourage you it can greatly impact your life. This is crucial as teachers.
