What a teacher believes will leaks out of them. There is no pretending…students see through it. Authentic believers as teachers is essential to actually conveying the realty of God and to taste the Christian life lived out.

It matters what teachers believe because of what they will be telling students.
-
What a teacher believes about life will dictate how they teach and treat their students.
-
What a teacher believes affects their students and this can be seen through their daily philosophy.

It matters because it affects every single thing they say and do. What they believe about God, His Word, parents, education, etc will come across in every lesson, playground game, parent-teacher meeting.
