What a person believes will always radiate from them. It is how a person answers a question or responds to change.

What we believe comes across in what and how we teach. Students are not only learning the content we teach, but from our attitudes and how we teach and interact with them. They are learning about how to interact with the world and knowledge of the world in Christ-like ways from us in our classrooms.

A person beliefs will be at the core of the their teaching and spill out in the midst of conversation. Listen carefully to to every teacher and your are likely to learn interesting details to their lives.

What we believe is going to affect how we behave and teach. It’s going to impact the way we handle difficult situations with students and how we teach them to handle situations.

What we believe drives what we do and what we say. That said, it is authentic Christianity lived out in front of students that will impact them more than anything we can say from the front of the classroom. Students have keen eyes and they perceive much. They are watching to see if the God we serve, the Jesus we profess, has been transformative in the lives of their teachers who claim Him as Lord.
