Our teaching flows out of what we believe. Our worldview, our philosophy or set of beliefs about the Bible, Kids, T/truth, etc., will all come out as we teach. We must have a solid Biblical philosophy that’s shaped and forms our methodology.

What teachers believe will influence the students they teach. It is impossible to teach a student the subject matter without bringing in your own beliefs. The concepts should not separate one from the other. Teachers portray their belief system even if they are not intending too.

Because teachers have influence over children. If they believe something that doesn’t agree with Christianity then it may be taught to the children. Also, if a teacher doesn’t believe in a student then that could rob a child of self confidence.

Your belief system has everything to do with teaching in a Christian school. If I had my child in a Christian school and that teacher said it is ok for same sex marriage, I would not want this false doctrine ingrained in my child’s impressional young brain.
