Teachers lead students to shape their worldviews through instruction, yet they interact with their students daily. Teachers’ beliefs have the ability to impact their attitudes responses, and reactions. Students will remember how they are treated and regarded as human beings. A teacher’s beliefs matter because they shape how they teach and interact with students and other colleagues, which their students observe.

It matters because it can either lead children astray or keep them on the straight path.

You have to walk your walk and talk your talk. As a believer, you plant seeds in your students as you do.

If we are going to talk about Christian values, we must walk in it as a witness.

All of our actions and attitudes and interactions with others are based on what we believe. Our faith in Christ is seen in our relationships and in how we live. Teachers especially must walk their talk so that the truth of their content is verified by their behavior.
