Students spend the majority of their days with their teachers. What they teacher believes can greatly impact a student and could possibly sway their way of thinking. We as educators need to have a firm belief in Christ so that we can be the best influence that a student has.

It matters what teachers believe because that impacts their behavior in daily interactions with children. It also matter because teachers are able to make difference in how another human being develops that will last a lifetime.

What a teacher believes matters because our beliefs affect how we treat others and ourselves. When we believe God says to love other people the way we love ourselves, we know he wants us to teach because we love those students. And when we pray for our students, he shows us lovely things about each of them which help us to love and teach them better.

It matters a great deal. We spend time with students all day long and we can have a very positive or a very negative influence on them.

Whatever a person believes comes through in their words, reactions, and opinions, as well as in the things that they like and diskike. Teachers are role models and examples, so their beleifs will be clearly noted by those in their classrooms.
