What we believe will shape how we teach and how we interact with our students. What we believe affects all of our words, actions, and even our plans and dreams.

If teachers don’t have a biblical worldview, then they have a worldview without God in it. How we think about God and the bible will permeate every aspect of our teaching. If we are going to be effective for the kingdom of God, then we must know his word and be his hands and feet as we enter into the classroom so that we can preach the truth in love in regard to the subject area we know.

What we believe is so important because it will effect every aspect of our lives. We must carry ourselves with a certain standard so we can show God through our actions and words

Your belief is worked out into your living. Christian education can only truly be carried out by Christian educators who are surrendered to the lordship of Christ Jesus. For, it is His life expressed in and through us which bears the reliable witness that glorifies Him.

What teachers believe affects every aspect of their teaching. It does not just affect the content, it affects how the teachers plan, how the teachers talk to the students, and the way the teachers connect with the students. It can help students develop a deeper love and capacity for learning.
