    My belief in Jesus Christ is the entire map my teaching career is hinged upon. I cannot separate the love of Christ from my calling as an early years teacher. For me, it’s Christ or nothing!

    A person’s beliefs and values are deeply intertwined with their actions. This is especially true for teachers, as their personal convictions shape their teaching style and the content they deliver. For a Christian teacher, their faith will inevitably influence what they teach and how they approach education. This has been my experience

    My beliefs about Jesus Christ, my Savior, play a significant role in my work as a Christian educator. They shape my understanding of God’s purpose and plan for my students’ lives. These beliefs influence my teaching practices, guiding how I present curriculum content, interact with students, and model Christian values. Ultimately, my faith in Jesus Christ inspires me to educate my students in a way that honors God and helps them grow in their faith.

    It matters because what I believe will ultimately be present in my discussions with students and will have an impact on their learning and who they become as individuals.
