According to Acts 17:28, in Him we live and move and have our being. It’s imperative that we understand and know that God is the source and sustainer of everything. Therefore, utter dependence on God through faith and prayer are the fundamental aspects of our life in Him.

We can know that we are dependent on God in the same way a child is dependent on his parents, but if we don’t come to talk with Him about our lives, it is like we are the child needing guidance from parents whom we don’t associate with. Our relationship would be so disjointed and disappointing. Prayer is ultimately important for establishing a rich relationship.
