It is important because we are called to go and spread the gospel. So we need to include discipleship in our mission early so that students understand the importance of it.

As with all scenarios, discipleship brings encouragement to weak and young believers and honor to God.

Because it involves a walk beside the person.

Discipleship is a command in the Bible and as educators, we should show students ways that we are disciples and encourage them to live a life of discipleship.
