It is important for the Christian educator to know the answers in order to lead the students in the right direction. It is also important to back your answers with testimony and most importantly scripture.

If a teacher or anyone for that fact does not have a clear understanding of their own beliefs how are they going to be a witness to someone else. A educator that is comfortable and firm in their beliefs and or subject they are teaching will create a learning environment and be able to answer or even engage in some difficult questions.

Students are looking for us as teachers to know the answers and are bold when we teach them. What we tell and teach them will affect what they hold true.

It is incredibly important for Christian educators to know their own answers to these questions because what they teach to their students will come from either confidence or lack of confidence in these answers. If we can boldly stand close to God and share with our students with confidence that will greatly affect their lives and what they are learning.

Students are looking to educators for answers, and as a source of authority. Students even more now need to see Christian role models who hold fast to the faith. For these reasons, it’s important for our students to have answers to their questions from people who are living those answers out in their own lives.
