We need to solid in our beliefs in order to pass it on to the next generation.

The Bible says that we should always be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in us. This applies to teaching as well. As a Christian educator we should know the answers to many of the questions our students may pose because we are daily in the Word and we are growing spiritually ourselves.

It is important for us as Christian educators to know answers to these questions because these are valid questions from our students, and we are able to answer them based on our biblical worldview; providing factual and historical information that are applicable and true.

It is important because they are the cornerstone of being a christian. We need to share what we know, that He exists, and we value Him.

A Christian educator doesn’t always have Christian students. This year I have two students who are not raised in the Church. Both are living in transitional situations for different reasons. They are very critical of what the Bible says. The Christian Educator needs to understand these questions as they are asked. These students need the base structure many of our students already have as well. When you stumble over these questions and speak without confidence students may not see the answers as real.
