Our students are faced with so many challenges that are way more than we would ever experience. They need to have a real source in order to survive. Teaching them that all the answers they would ever need are in the bible is a survival skill.

They will be in situations both in and outside of school where they will have to decide whether what they are exposed to is of God or is not of God. If they have developed their ability to discern while they are in school, they can respond in a Christ-like manner, if not they can make the wrong choices and go down the wrong path.

We can show them where to seek the answers in God’s word, instead of turning to the world view.

It is really important for students to know what the bible says in all aspects of life so as not to be deceived by the world’s view of things.

Because there are no cookie cutter solutions for life in our culture. They need to know how to discern truth and untruth, right from wrong, and God’s will.
