Only a house with a firm foundation will withstand a tornado. Searching for an attack is not profitable, but armoring ourselves daily in preparation is necessary. We can bring glory to God if we face adversity with grace and stability.

Attacks on our faith is an attempt to cause the spread of Evangelism to cease. Harsh opinions and essentially, bullying cause people to shrink back from fear of rejection and even physical harm. The Bible teaches us that persecution is a reality for a believer but to stand strong in the faith and refuse to deny Christ. This purposeful stance along with the Holy Spirit himself has caused Christianity to stand and this combination will cause it to continue, even in persecution.

As Christians there will always be attacks on our faith. It is a result of a fallen world. Preparing student to understand that attacks will happen and how to address them when they do it vital to their walk with Christ. Sharing scripture, having open discussions and training them up in the Word will help them have the tools they need to head on the issues.

It is important to prepare students because we live in a fallen world. We are called to be in the world but not of it, this means that students will encounter worldviews that don’t align with what they are taught in schools. Students need to be able identify what is true and what isn’t. As educators we need to prepare them for this.
