Why is it important to be prepared for attacks on our Christian faith?

The world is taking people towards it and causing these same people to become narcissistic, argumentative, and hypercritical. They want to destroy Christian beliefs because they want to do what THEY want to do and have judgement for it. Christians must prepare to stand up for God.

The realizations of events that are taking place it appears that God’s return is drawing near. God has written guidelines to live by and when you stay in those guidelines you have His protective wing covering you and keeping you safe. The chapter that comes to mind is Psalms 91.

Because here in California the general population is antagonistic to Christianity.

Because they are coming. The attacks can rock our faith if we are not ready, they can cause us to stumble and go down paths that are not health.

Peter tells us we need to be prepared to make a defense of our faith in Christ to whoever asks us about our faith in Christ or questions our faith in Christ. That is one way we can be salt and light in the world around us.
