It is important to be prepared for attacks on our Christian faith, because the Bible says that we should “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give a reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.” 1 Peter 3:15

It is important to be prepared because they are promised.

We need to be prepared for attacks and prepare our students for attacks because they are inevitable. We were warned in scripture and it is evident in the changing/shifting worldview.

Attacks can even come from the pulpit. Countless times I have heard ministers or preachers twisting Scripture of making attacks on it. I have heard much false doctrine coming from the pulpit. At colleges and universities students are regularly attacked for being Christians and the Bible is most often attacked whenever there is an opportunity to bring in into a topic.

The Bible said that Jesus is coming back. When that time is coming closer, more attacks will be made on my own and my students’ faith. Therefore, we should be prepared.
