The local church is the opportunity to worship God in a corporate setting with other believers and to offer up our praise in one voice to God. The Old Testament clearly teaches the importance of corporate worship both the importance that God gives to it and the value to the individual and the church.
The local church represents a complete body of believers. Each believer comes with specific gifts from the Holy Spirit to build a complete body fully equipt to glorify God and make disciples in this world.
The local church continues the discipleship process, growing the believer toward the image of Christ. The church provides sound doctrinal teaching, the encouraging love, support and encouragement of fellow believers. The church provides accountability among believers.

It is important to become involved in a local church to hear,
and understand the gospel of Jesus Christ, to grow in holiness and righteousness in God. To make friendship, relationship and fellowship with other believers in the church community. -
The Body of Christ is made up of many members, each bringing something necessary and unique. When we come together as believers via the local church we are strenghtened and encouraged. Strengthened in our walk with Christ and encouraged to live our lives out loud for Him. The local church unifies believers.
