Why is it important to become involved in a local church?

To associate with a body of believers. This provides an opportunity for spiritual growth in Christ.

The Church should be as important to us as it is to Christ, it’s people together that collectively make up the Spirit of Christ

We need to be a part of a body of believers because individually we only have certain gifts, strengths, and weaknesses. When we combine with others, we become a full “body”.

It’s Important as God’s plan is not for us to live our life here on earth alone. We need to come together strengthen & encourage each other as a body of Christ.

It is so important because these people are there to be parts of the body that you aren’t. They are your family, to support, guide and help one another. And it is the way that Jesus set this discipleship on earth up. We are not designed to do this alone.
