Why is it important to become involved in a local church?

It’s a place we can have fellowship with other believers and develop spiritually.

Because local churches are a manifestation of the universal body of Christ, and as members of the latter we must also be involved in the former.

It is the body of Christ

To further the kingdom of God. To find strength, hope, purpose, and outreach.

The church is not the building but the people. Church is where we can be encouraging, and to be encouraged. To be supportive and to be supported. A place where a body of people come together to walk together in the maturing in their walks with Christ side by side.
