Because that way we can more accurately interpret the Micro study of the books content
-
We can get a bigger overview of the book before zeroing in on details of it.
-
Having a larger overview of a book helps us to zero in in the actual message being given to us
-
The macro-observation provides information on who, what, where when and why for the book one is about to study. If not done first the information gathered from the book may be distorted.

If macroscopic observation is not made before microscopic observation, it can be misunderstood. If you describe an elephant by looking at or touching its legs, it can be called a tree or a pillar. If you look at one tree and talk about the forest without looking at the forest, you will not know many large trees. Therefore, microscopic and macroscopic observations should be applied in a balanced manner.
