We can’t get the full understanding of the bits and pieces until we understand the circumstances of the whole. Our minds use all of our senses in order to properly process information. We have to see and feel and touch the time period and circumstances of the writer in order to correctly interpret the meaning of what he says. Many, many people have gone down dangerous paths because they did not take the time to ask these questions and fully understand their answers.
