All were written and placed in the Bible for a reason. There is some thing to learn from each of them.

So that we know what kind of situation he was directly addressing. If we face a similar situation in our day we’d know which letter to refer to, and we can compare our situation with that experienced in Paul’s time in order to think of a solution.

Paul tried to address the particular issues that happened in that particular church at time. And it is very important to the context Paul addressed at time in order to interpret that epistle correctly.
