Why is it important to learn about the geography where Christ ministered at different times in His public ministry?

It helps me to know where he was so I can visualize my Saviors walk. The background that was given in terms of why Jesus traveled to decapodous after the Pharisees accused him of doing miracles in the power of Satan was helpful to me to better understand Jesus’ ministry.

When you see where Jesus was during specific times in his ministry it gives you a better understanding of the how and why of his ministry.

Recognizing the time frames and where he taught adds another dimension to his ministry. To each thing in it’s own time, seems to be the case here. Indeed, he certainly wasn’t static.

It will help me to see those geographical names mentioned in the gospels on a map so I can know where Jesus was when various events took place.
