Supporting parents is critical to the parent teacher partnership. God has given parents the primary responsibility of training up their child in the way they should go. It is my job as their teacher to support the parents and partner with parents to prepare their child to reach others for Jesus. I can look for ways to support parents.

Because we as the teachers are coming alongside them as they attempt to raise their child up in the way that they should go.

It takes a team to create the best learning environments for students. Partnering with parents is what’s best for our student body, so providing opportunities for parents and teachers to connect is best. Parents know their children best, and having their input in the facility and at home strengthens the capacity of the child for growth and learning.

It is important to support parents because they are what makes the foundation for the student. They are who start the establishment and support their child’s shaping of their ideas and beliefs. By supporting the parent they are able to see that as an educator, I am investing in their child too while not trying to usurp the parent.

Parents have the primary responsibility of bringing up their children in the Lord, so it is important at a Christian school to support parents with that mission. Supporting parents is important so that the parents will want to support teachers and the school.
