The relationship of the educator and the parent is very important. We are here to help encourage them and guide them. At the end of the day our ultimate goal is wanting the best for the student. I’ve realized throughout the years that my biblical teaching in course rubs off on the parents that are not Christians or the ones that are not activate in church.

Parents are working outside of the home to provide a Christian education for their child. They are entrusting us with their moat precious gift from God. When a parent is less stressed with work, home life. They are able to give more to their child, which translate into the classroom and makes the educators job easier.

Parents are the number one influencer of their children. By helping offer support to parents and encouraging them, you are ultimately encouraging the children as well. Parents need to feel equipped, and it is important for us to help them with that.

In this day and age, parents (and children) face challenges and situations that can be extremely difficult to navigate. Support structures that may have existed in past generations have largely dissipated. By supporting parents, we are living out God’s commandment to love others.
