Why is it important to support parents?

We need to support parents because they are with the students and influence the students with their time at home. We do not want the parents to feel judged and reidiculed. We need to build the parents up to celebrate their skills as well as continue to add to parents’ skill sets. All of this will help the child.

Children learn from their parents first and foremost. It is important to show kindness and respect toward our parents because they are making sacrifices for their children to have a Christian education.

Because children learn at home first. The parents have much authority over their children and if a parent supports how you teach then the children would listen and learn.

The importance of supporting your parents is to let them know that we are working together as a team to instill excellent Christian values along with teaching the curriculum for their child to be successful in life.

Supporting parents helps the student. If we can help a parent overcome and obstacle then it helps the overall family which helps the student.
