It is important to teach the scripture because our own existence is explained and described through this book. There are teachings and answers for every situation we encounter in life. The scripture is God talking to His creation, is a live word that will reveal to us God’s promises and plans for us. As educators, we should teach our students that in this book they will find the way to live a righteous life according to God’s commandments that will lead them to salvation and eternal life.

It is important to teach scripture to children because it is the source of existence, life, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, without it we have no principles, statutes, precepts, morals, or hope.

The world system has different vies about life which are not the truth, for the answers are found only in the Scripture. Jesus Christ when teaching He quoted the Scriptures a lot to addressed issues of life. For this reasons, I should teach Scripture to my students.

They cannot learn without being taught – we have a responsibility to hand the truth of God’s word to the next generation. We want them to live full and abundant lives – life that comes from knowing Christ and loving his Word.

It is important to teach children scripture because it is the very foundation of the Christian life. In Deuteronomy 6 it says we need to be diligently teaching the word of God to our children. We are instructed over and over to keep hold of instructing children in the word of God for it is the bedrock of our life.
