Why is it impossible to do this in your own strength? How has Christ helped you in following Him?

I am well aware that I have a sin nature; that desires to protect my being at all costs. That is why, without Jesus helping me through his holy Spirit, in the day of adversity, I would not stand. Jesus reminds me of His word at times when I am tempted

Because I can do all things through Christ, for it is He who gives me strength. He helps me daily and draws me to His side. He is revealing Himself to me through the content of these classes and I am soaking it up.

I would faint in the day of adversity without the guidance and companionship of Christ.

He has made things clear and peaceful. He has helped me by putting people to speak truth to me, using thd Bible as a guide and lightinh my path with his truth.

Christ helps us by offering grace, guidance, and the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome obstacles and live according to God’s will.
