I tried to do God’s work in my own strength and I failed. It is not a good feeling.

His word helps me and gives me comfort and the ability to make it in this crazy sinful world.

We cannot do anything without the strength that God provides. His power makes us strong enough to handle any obstacle thrown our way

Being a sinful human being, it is impossible for me to live in and with Christ under my own power and strength. There are too many temptations in this material world, evil lurking everywhere, and the fall of Adam removed me from being able to commune with God. But God WANTED to have a relationship with me so He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to redeem me and bring me back to Him. Jesus has been with me every step of the way, even when I didn’t realize it. From the bottom of the barrel to ‘walking on water’ experiences I have learned that God loves me, Jesus is the Son of God and my Savior, and the Holy Spirit guides me in my pathway of life.

The reason that’s impossible to do this in my strength is because I need God I need to help me because I can be in the flesh with a look, word, an action I need Him to rescue me from me.
Christ helps me by closing my mouth let’s me know if my look or action is not becoming then I can stop but if I choose to be in the flesh then He shows me the error of my ways. Then I must go to the person or people that I hurt and ask for forgiveness and after that I must ask God for forgiveness.
