Morality stems from the Creator–God. God provided the basis for understanding morality as the lawgiver. He gave each human being a conscience that is aware of good and evil. Culture is man-made most frequently and, as a result, is not written onto the heart of man from the Creator and lawgiver. Culture also varies throughout the world while God’s law is consistent.

Morality is not tied to culture. God is a God of laws and order. To say that morality is tied to culture means that depends in where you live and the environment you live, right things in one culture might be wrong in the other one. But there are basics things like to kill someone, that is wrong in any place around the world, the same as kidnapping or sexual abuse. Some others like to have more than one wife could be legal in some cultures but that does not mean that is right, cultures can make mistakes too.
