Prayer is also, and foremost, about cultivating a personal and deep, trusting relationship with God. It is not about clinching all the things we want for ourselves.

Prayer is about our relationship with God and not about asks and requests, which answers can be considered as benefits.

Prayer requires us to have a relationship and fellowship with God and not for what He can do but who He is. When people come around you when you have something they want or need like money, food, clothes and other things then we know that if I didn’t have these things they wouldn’t come around it’s the same with God If you only go to Him when you want something then your motives are wrong.

It truly our communication with our Heavenly Father. It grows our faith as we commune with Him through prayer.

Prayers go far beyond asking or answering – it is based on our relationship to The Almighty God. Prayer is a 2-way communication between God and us, it is to help grow the relationship.
