Because a baby comes from a man and a women becoming one flesh, since Mary was a virgin, in man’s eye, she must not of been a virgin, however, She was in fact a virgin and conceived a baby through Gods own power.

The concept of the birth of Jesus being born of the Spirit of God, is different than the biological process that occurs when giving birth traditionally through a man and a woman.

Human biology requires genetic information from both parents to create a complete set of chromosomes which if only one parent was contributing, would seem to violate this principal

In typical human biology progression, an egg and sperm must join to form a zygote. The egg provides half the DNA from the mother and the sperm gives the other half from the father. The virgin birth seems to leave out the second bundle of DNA needed to form a devleoping child. This must be filled in by God Himself if the birth was truly of God
