Because prayer is about our relationship to God, who understands us and knows our needs and concerns better than we do ourselves. Even when we’re at a loss for words, God gets us.

Each opportunity to pray should be different according to the situation. Should the prayer be immediate? Is it an ongoing request. Is it for ourselves or others. Is it something that calls us to do something tangible.
