Why is what you believe about creation important to your role as a Christian educator?

It is important to believe that God is the creator since this is what the Bible teaches. This sets the stage for everything else.

It’s important for me to believe God is the author of all creation because He is the Alpha and Omega. Father, Son and Holy Spirit are all there at the beginning. My belief and scriptural understanding helps direct students to the truth in God’s Holy Word.

All of Scripture is important to His people, which leaves no part out. Instructors, as His people, should know and believe what the Scriptures teach about the beginning.

As a Christian educator it is important to believe in creation because it is what is written in the Bible. Creation is a fundamental Biblical truth that everything else is built off of. If we do not believe that God created us then we do not believe God is who he says he is.

It is important that our students do not believe anything that is untrue. God is our creator.
