The reflection of the broken heart not only the prophet Jeremiah but God Himself too. Whenever we are indifferent towards God, it not only hurts ourselves but the Lord Himself too. That was God took the initiative to redeem and deliver His people. That initiative cost God His begotten Son.

This expresses a realistic view of life because there is disobedience in our world and people continually turn away from God. It is important that we continue to turn to God and focus on his grace and mercy.

This represents a realistic view of life because Christians still sorrow over the mistakes and consequences of sin and turning away from God.
