All of the New Testament stories allude to and are built on the foundation of God working through people in the OT.
-
Because the Old Testament is the foundation for the whole Bible. It tells how the world began and shows us who God is by showing us how he related to others who walked with Him.
-
Confused on how it all begins, not knowing the ways of GOD.
-
Because without the prophecies of the Old Testament how can we understand the New Testament?

I apologize. My answer to question number two posted twice and I couldn’t delete the second posting of it. So I just edited it out with this post. God bless you all.
