The Old Testament is a bridge from the dispensation of the law that links us to the New Testament which introduces us to the dispensation of grace.

Lack of knowledge of the Old Testament would weaken our understanding of the historical perspective of the biblical truths. The relationships the struggles the covenants established by God with his people. The Bible from cover to cover is testament of who God is to the believer.
