I have influence over my co-workers, some of the ladies at church, the children that I interact with, My family as a whole. I never realized this before.
The source of influence with co-workers, I have found that when Life happens, some come to me with issues, seeking advice, and prayer.
The children at the church will come to me with things that they made in their sunday school course and look for approval.
the Ladies that are struggling with addiction ( no matter the addiction) ask questions.
My Family will come to me for Financial advise, IT issues, and bible questions. -
I have influence with my children, because I am their mom. I have influence with other Believers who look to me for wisdom, guidance, etc. I have influence with my husband because I am his wife.

As a mother, I have influence over my children. As secretary to the Director of my organization, I have influence over coworkers and other staff, as well as clients who depend on me to help them with their queries. As the daughter of an elderly parent, I have influence over her and her caregiver.

I am pastor of a congregation. I have been able by the grace of God to organize the children, youth and young adult Bible Study. I have been with congregation a little over two-and- a half years and the majority of the members respect me as their spiritual leader. Title, experience, and wisdom are key factors of my leadership.

Wow! There are way too many to list. We all have the ability to lead. At this stage in my life, I have a family, so there’s my spouse and children, my mom and sister, extended family members. In my professional life there’s my boss, the people who work for me, my peers, and acquaintances outside of my company. There’s my church and the community of believers and disciples I have joined. Friends from school and life in general. The source of influence comes from life experiences and knowing that I am on a path lit by God.
