The Aaronic Benediction
The oldest text of the Bible found to date is a prayer from Numbers 6:24-26. This passage is a familiar prayer called “The Aaronic Benediction” because Aaron and his descendants were supposed to bless the people with it. Join us for the annual recitation of this prayer at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. (Don’t miss the cell phones used to transmit the prayer around the world!)
