The Leader’s Shield

Every invisible concept needs a visible metaphor and Scripture provides the remarkable metaphor of a shepherd. We’ve tried to capture the responsibilities of a shepherd leader through The Leader’s Shield, the shepherd leadership model that highlights the three pivotal elements of Provision, Protection, and Presence. This video describes the model and the rationale behind it.
