Henry Cloud and John Townsend are very renowned in their practice of counseling and through their books. It is good to hear from them in video. Apart from the usual take about character, the two speakers opened my eyes to some other areas. In particular, I learned about the difference between an enemy and an "idiot", and the need to deal differently with each. They also pointed out a lot of tips to help me reflect on whether my leadership was dysfunctional.
