There is no other way because of the prophecy told in Isiah

It had to be this way, so that prophecy could be fulfilled.

If there was anyother way He would of done it.

If Jesus was to be a God/man, it would leave man out of the picture entirely if Jesus just appeared out of nowhere as an adult with no parentage.

T go in another way would not have fulfilled God’s way/word. God is one with His word.

Christian Learning Center Forums If the virgin birth took place, what would be God’s purpose for Jesus being born in this manner?

God wanted a Jesus to be born of a woman to show that Jesus was like us. We do not know the reasons why He performs some miracles and not others. He is all powerful. His purpose is usually revealed later.

Jesus was God come down in human form. This is a miraculous birth, and that in itself shows the power of God.

First, it had been prophesied that this would happen and since God is not a liar it had to be.
Second, to show the world for generations to come that by sending his son that he made for this purpose which was to save us from our sins, that HE is still the Great I AM.

God chose the virgin birth to show He alone is GOD. He always takes weakness or impossibility and shows HIS ability and power through them. If Jesus had been conceived in the natural way, He would be no different than us in our sin-cursed bodies. God was showing Scripture fulfilled, promises kept, and His power revealed through the virgin birth.

So that no one could argue or deny that Jesus is the Son of God since this would be an impossible feat without God making it so.

Because God did not need to use such natural processes to impregnate Mary. It was miraculous on our behalf, but part of God’s nature on his part.

As an example, for Jeus to walk on water was part of his nature. It seems possible for us because we know th law of gravity. But God made both the water and the law of gravity. They both ate subject to Him; not the other way.

Thus, for Christ to be conceived of a Virgin, is merely part of God’s nature. It’s not only possible, it is his peroragative to do something like this.

It’s the only account in history of a virgin birth that has any merit. It does not follow our science laws of what is possible. But God has always been able to do the impossible. With man it is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

Human biology would dictate this could not happen.

Because human biology promotes that birth requires conception, which requires a man and a woman to conceive.

Usually human biology is the sperm entering the egg to create life. God can perform miracles though, He created all of creation. Why is it so difficult to understand he can create a child in a womb?
