Servant leadership, leads by example and shows what needs to be done.
Now, I would add that good leaders take you to a better place and make you a better person when you get there.

The lesson stated that leadership takes us some place and management helps us do what we need to do while we are in that place.

Leaders lead people to something/somewhere where we ain’t and management oversees what people are doing.

Leadership is the ability to gain the trust of one or a group and believing the leader can be effective in bringing positive change.
Management is organizing and facilitating to complete a job.
