Leadership is the ability to use your influence people to work toward a common vision/ task. Ministry is a specific calling to fulfill a role in church or other organizations. A calling is a God given purpose to undertake

To me, Leadership is anyone who influences and guides. Ministry I thought of someone who studied Theology and has credentials to be appointed through a church to teach about God. A calling, to me is an inner sense of knowing. Or unsettling.

In the military, I was taught that leadership was defined at “Providing purpose, direction, and motivations to accomplish the mission.” . These kind of line up with Dr Wards definition.
-
In my understanding, leadership speaks about somebody in authority who has the ability to guide others rightly.

One that has been groomed to be in a particular position of authority.
