Each type of spiritual communication is a different way to connect with God. With others, with His word and directly. All can strengthen our relation and lead to being transformed into His image.
-
Well the Bible is gaining knowledge and understanding, fellowship is interacting and getting to know other believers and prayer is communication with God and growing in Christ.
-
Bible study is how God speaks to us through His Word. Fellowship is how we speak to other believers about Christ. Prayer is how we speak directly to God, and God to us.
-
All three are ways we can grow closer to God. Bible study lets us understand The Word. Prayer is more interactive and brings us closer to God. Fellowship is even more interactive and can help fill in the gaps.

In my understanding, Bible study is communication from the holy Spirit about the nature of God. Fellowship is communication with each other inspired but the holy Spirit, and prayer is communication with the holy Spirit
