As a chaplain and leader of sports ministries, I understand PEPP very well, you need to be prepared, with a lot of biblical basis and not only be in prayer, but have prayer coverage. Knowing where you are working is also basic to engage with sports people. And having persistence and patience is a sign of trust in God in every process.

I am not currently involved in any sports except for what I do for me, however, I have been at one point in time for a number of years and would like to be moving forward. The PEPP concept is something in varying degrees I have used not knowing there was a concept module. I would implement the module moving forward if giving the opportunity again. Only God knows the way in which He will call me to serve.

Yes, I am a Chaplain Serving the WNBA and provide support to FCA during the Final Four.
I think that I an beef up engagement by learning more about the organization and the activities that the players are involved in. I may have been overly concerned about not violating their boundaries.

I have been assistant Chaplain at the Saratoga Racecourse in New York going into my 13th season and even thou I have never seen it as sports ministry I believe that it is. I Believe that these principles are great and we most certainly use them all; but, patience is where I believe I can improve the most. We always strive to do better and improve, and this year I intend to intentionally see these principles in the ministry.

I am not currently in sport I work in hospice care as of now. I know I will so expand in the industry. With a strong enthusiasm in entertainment industry. I envision making a plan and doing my best to stick to it. It seems like a calendar is needed to make sure check ins happen regularly. I plan to keep this lesson to make sure I implement often.

I thought all four were very helpful, and I do not see myself struggling with any of the challenges mentioned. I understand the importance of knowing the culture and being patient.
